Another Sunflower for a Gloomy Day

It's another rainy, gloomy day in Georgia and I only had a small window of time to paint today so here is something cheerful. I could paint sunflowers everyday! I really like this small 4x4 format. It was fun for a quick study. Looking forward to pastel class tonight.

    The darks used in this piece really make the sunflower pop!
