Hillside Color Fall Landscape

Today's painting is the demo I did for a private workshop I did this past weekend. I had a wonderful time with a great group of artists. We focused on simplifying the Autumn landscape and hopefully they learned a lot. I know they did some great paintings and we had a lot of fun. I hope to be invited back someday!

    Thanks Barbara,
    I think having the right red pastels makes handling it so much easier. I have a few really soft and intense red that I use and it really makes a big difference.
