'Shellseeker at Sunset' 11x14 pastelI've had this image in mind for quite awhile. I decided that today was the day to paint it. This is my daughter looking for shells at sunset on Sanibel Island. One of the great things about staying in a cottage right on the beach is the ability to walk the beach at all the best times of day. The magic hour just before sunset is one of those times!
