'Sunshine on a Gloomy Day' 8x10 pastelToday Carol & I decided we'd set up a still life and paint from life. I never get to do that and I know how helpful it is....and hard to do! I bought some sunflowers and this is my version. I have them at my desk now so my goal is to paint them everyday until they are through. I love sunflowers though so this will be a fun project!
Karen, this is really lovely! I admire the loose quality of your strokes. That's something I really need to work on in my art, in all areas. You seem to make it so effortless!
