'Atlantic Ocean Still Life' 5x7I love painting these arrangements of shells and beach treasures. It is very relaxing somehow since I tend to paint at a nice slow pace and there is none of the urgency I feel when doing something plein air. I have lots of photos now in my collection. Some are more interesting than others but all of them are just as I found them on the beach...just as nature had left them for me to discover.
