'Waiting for my Ship to Come in' 9x12Today's painting is from one of the photos I took on my recent Caribbean cruise. I took a lot of 'people' pictures with the hopes of being able to paint them. There were so many great photo ops and so I will keep practicing adding the figure to my landscapes. This scene is on the private island of Honeymoon Cay...a true paradise!

Beautiful...your work just keeps getting better and better! I hope to see more of your landscapes with figures in them...they really bring the painting to life!
