'Overcast Marsh' 8x10 pastelTomorrow we leave Maine and head to Cape Cod. I am excited to see the marshes there. I also found a lavender farm which is supposed to have early blooming lavender. The fields of Lupines here in Maine have been breathtaking. I can't wait to paint them!

hope you got to see the Scarboro Marsh just south of Portland. your marsh paintings are always wonderful. Where is the lavender farm in Maine? Love to see it on my next Maine visit.
Thanks sues. I didn't know about Scarboro marsh! I will have to go back! The lavender farm was in Cape cod...but I am spoiled from the ones in Washington...this one was tiny.
