'My Memory' 10x12 pastelI thought you might like to see the final painting from my earlier post on working out a painting. The little studies helped me work out the details with my collector... And we decided on a sunnier, brighter mood. I was able to use a few different techniques on this painting and I am excited to try another marsh scene. Today Jayne and I went to the art supply store and got some more oils to do the oil stain underpainting that Richard McKinley does on his dvd.
