This little marsh painting is from a photo I took on last year's trip to Creighton Island on the Georgia Coast. I was playing with colors and simplification. I often do these little paintings as studies for larger paintings.
By the way, what's an ACEO painting? I presume it has something to do with the miniature size...? There's something about tiny pastel landscapes that thrill me.
