'I'll Tell you a Secret' 8x10 pastelThis sunflower painting went through a few changes. I started with a watercolor underpainting which I intended on leaving a good bit of it but as you can see I didn't do that. I tried doing some watercolor spashes but it looked too busy....so out came my favorite turquoise pastels for a calmer background.
