'Early to Rise' 5x7 pastelI have been itching to paint something from my trip to South Carolina but I just had too much going on last week. I am hoping that this week will be quiet with plenty of time to finish my commissions and prepare for our Open Studio on December 5th. This was the view I woke up to on our last morning on Kiawah. A gorgeous sunrise. I ran out to the deck in my pajamas to join the other early risers. We all snapped photos and decided it was the perfect way to end our trip.
