'Florida Wetlands' 4x6 pastelThis isn't really a plein air painting, but I did paint it while on my trip to Florida in early May. It was a great trip and we toured all arounf the Forgotten Coast of Florida. I took hundreds of photos but didn't have time to do plein air. Finally on the last day, I set my pastels up outside in the breezway of the house we were staying in and I painted looking at photos on my camera screen. I guess that is semi-plein air!
