Mallard Duck Feathers

'A Touch of Teal' 7x5 pastel

I was fascinated by a close-up photo of Mallard Duck feathers. I loved the texture and of course the colors. It was interesting to paint.Tonight is pastel class after a long break. I am looking forward to seeing everyone and getting back to the routine of class.
