'Aspens in June' 12x9 pastelThis little aspen grove was a couple of miles from the cabin we stayed at this past June in Colorado. I LOVE aspen trees. I have done a winter painting of them so here is my summer impression. I would love to go out to Colorado in the fall and stay at that same cabin and paint....one of these days! This painting is on pastelbord with a turpenoid underpainting. I love using the pastelbord!
