'Tiny Jewel' 7x5 pastelI don't know why I haven't yet painted a hummingbird! This painting was hard to photograph because I used several pearlescent pastels and they don't show up well though in real life they are quite subtle. I have a few more hummingbird photos from my trip last year to Colorado and I will have to try some more hummers!
