'Time for Wildflowers' 11x14 pastelOur highway medians are beginning to bloom! I love that the Georgia DOT has a wildflower program. Too bad the flowers weren't easier to get to for photos! I used the watercolor 'splash' technique on this one. Click on it to see the flowers in more detail.

This is beautiful, Karen! I like the splashes - they add a little extra interest. It's great that your husband took the reference photo for this. Mine has a birthday coming up ... perhaps he needs his own camera!
