'The Early Bird' 5x7 pastelI call this one 'The Early Bird ' because it seems like he is just waking up or resting as he is backlit by the morning sun. This Mountain Chickadee looks so sweet and peaceful! This weekend I put up a few new bird feeders in my yard so I am patiently waiting for some visitors so I can have my own bird reference photos. I had a Nuthatch on the new feeder this morning but I wasn't quick enough with my camera!
