'Morning Walk' 8x10 pastelSanibel Island is one of my favorite places to visit. I love walking on the beach and looking for shells. I always find a special treasure or two including a beautiful little Lion's Paw shell one summer. Last night in my Landscape class we painted beach scenes and this was my demo painting. We are going to do beaches again next week but will be experimenting with a new technique!

Beautiful!! I sure love this place, used to go there as a kid...so I took my mom back there this March! Thanks for these lovely scenes!!
Fabulous pastels - wonderful colors. I use pastels and oils and mixed media. The pastels are so free! Great works.
