'Lavender Field #3' 8x10 pastelHere is another one in my lavender field series. For this one I did a watercolor underpainting. I have another one on the easel. This one will be 16x20 and I will be doing a oil stain underpainting. I am hoping to get some cool drips and spiderwebs that will become my lavender. I just bought three lavender plants for my garden so I will have my very own reference material!

That is so awesome. Love the way the series is turning out. It rocks you're getting real lavender plants for references too.
