Great News! My Terry Ludwig Floral Landscape Pastel Set Is Here!

A Few Test Paintings using the Floral Landscape Set
The set has been released! I have been teasing you about the new set for months. It has taken that long to select the pastels for the set and put them through testing. But I am thrilled to share that the set is now available and on SALE until June 30, 2019  on the Terry Ludwig website.

I will be sharing more about the set in the days to come to celebrate this milestone in my art journey. As you might imagine it is a dream come true for me to have the opportunity to put together a signature set for my favorite pastel maker!  We are calling the set Floral Landscape because it includes pastels that will allow you to paint a typical landscape that includes flowers of all kinds and colors! It is also a comprehensive set for landscapes without flowers...I painted some beach scenes as well as desert landscapes in my testing and the set performed admirably.

I'd love to answer any questions you might have about this set or Terry Ludwig pastels in general. Ask your questions in the comments!

Congratulations Karen! What a great day... and what a great price, as well. Too bad I have just SWORN OFF buying more pastels. Sigh...

What an honor for you, Karen! I went to the website, thinking I would “just look.....”. HA! Now I’m looking forward to the arrival of “your” set:-). Lovely colors, and since most of what I do is landscapes, including flowers, I think I will love them. We are “downsizing” in preparation for a move to what we hope is our last house, but there’s a room designated for my art studio. I will donate some of the harder pastels I ordered when I was first studying pastel painting to the local school art programs, and make way for the lovely, luscious Terry Ludwig pastels. Thanks! Katrina

Congrats to you, Karen! I know you have put a lot of work into this and I know it must be exciting to see it come to fruition!! As a very new newbie, I have some Rembrandts, Senneliers, Nupastels and some samples of Schminke, Unison, and Blue Earth. If I get to a point where I can use what I have to produce a decent quality painting, your set seems like it would be a great starting place with the Terry Ludwigs. Thank you for sharing your talents and gifts with us!
