A few weeks ago Marsha gave us some samples of Suede mat board for us to try. I know that Holly does beautiful work on it and I have been wanting to try it myself. I did this sample beach dune scene this afternoon to see if I like it. I'm not sure if I do. It's always strange to work on a new paper...you have to figure out how much pastel it will hold. I tried to have a light touch so I could get more layers. I'll try it again tonight at pastel class.
