I wanted to share some good news. My painting ' A Moment of Serenity' has been accepted into the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art's juried exhibition Metro Montage VIII. I am excited to have one of my marsh scenes chosen. They never seem to get as many views on the Daily painter's site but I love to paint the marsh! This exhibit opens July 12th so I have time to find a frame....it's 12x24 and I don't have any that size. I wish I could get over to see my painting of Jazz while it is still over at the Mabel House but they only have weekday hours. I missed the opening because I was in Chicago...I will not miss this opening!
