On some beaches I find plenty of moon snail shells. On the beaches of the NJ Shore I have found some very large ones. I think they are beautiful and they are even more beautiful when alive. The colors are so vibrant and they have a nice gloss. I found this one alive and took a picture before putting it back into the sea. I love sea shells!This pastel painting is 4x6 on Uart paper.
