'Mountain Fields' 8x10 pastelCan you tell I have a theme this week? Once I start painting a certain subject matter I like to explore it in depth. For this painting I did a turpenoid wash again but instead of just a value underpainting, I used several colors. It ended up almost like a watercolor underpainting. I will experiment with this some more.
