Good news today! My painting 'After the Storm' has been accepted into "Georgia Artists: A Juried Exhibit" which will be at the Abernathy Art Center in Atlanta. The Opening Reception is on Friday May 1st at 6:30. I'm very pleased to be a part of the show. I'm glad this painting got into the show because I've always liked it....but it's the only one I entered that wasn't framed. I know what I'll be doing this weekend!

Painting Accepted!

Congratulations! I can imagine the sweet scent of rain washed earth looking at this painting but also the power of the storm, like electricity is still in the air. That is the unique quality of your paintings, I not only see them I also feel them! Good luck Karen. You know how I would judge!
