I just finished this marsh commission for a friend and I am so excited for them to see it in person. It brings back a great memory and of course I always love painting the marsh. This is 16x20 on Ampersand Pastelbord. I did a value underpainting with nupastel and turpenoid. It was so much fun to paint!
Today was my mini workshop on painting the Winter Landscape. I will put some finishing touches on my demo painting and post a report tomorrow. Everyone did wonderful work!

NOBODY paints the marsh like KEM. Or the beach, or the woods or Queen Anne's Lace, or Robin's eggs or....
Susannah! You just made my day!!! Thank you so much for your support! It means a lot to me.
