'A Blue Sky Day' 8x10 pastel

It is always fun to do a commission of my favorite subject ....wildflowers! I thoroughly enjoyed putting on some music and just getting into the flow of these flowers. I was remembering the day I saw them and took the reference photos. We were waiting for the ferry to Nantucket and I saw a patch of wildflowers behind the dumpster. It proves that we can find beauty anywhere if we just look!
