Another North Carolina scene! This one is from a photo I took at Marsha Savage's workshop this past summer in Cashiers North Carolina. I am trying to get geared up for this spring. I will be taking two workshops in the Georgia Mountains...one with Terry Ludwig and one with Albert Handell. I need to practice my trees! This painting is 11 x 14 done with an alcohol wash underpainting.
