Last night at art class I decided to paint some mini paintings on the scraps of paper I have been saving. I cut the paper to 2.5 x 3.5 inches so they would fit in a standard size frame. I printed out some of my photos from the beach trip and just had fun playing! They were fun to do and a good way to practice before deciding to do a scene larger. These are all scenes from the Waterside Inn, Sanibel.

It looks like you had a fabulous time, Karen! What pastels are you using to make these great tiny paintings? They have such detail, yet a painterly look, even at this small size.
