'Canyon Country' 8x10 pastelI was trying out the set of pastels I put together to bring on my upcoming trip to New Mexico. I want to be sure I have the right colors! This is a scene from just outside of Moab, Utah across from the Red Cliff Lodge. I actually took the reference photo while on a horseback ride. This is the same area that many westerns were filmed and it was awesome to be be able to ride through this wonderful scenery!
