Here is my finished acrylic painting. If you read the post below you will see that I spent a nice afternoon playing with paint! I wish the texture in this painting showed up better in the photo. If I had bigger tubes of paint I would have put it on even thicker. I had so much fun with this one I did another one of red poppies. This scene is from one of my New Mexico trip photos. I believe it was at Ghost Ranch. We stopped here for some photos and tried to find the wetland hike....but the wetlands were dry!
