From the Mountains to the sea we travel today to Sanibel Island Florida, one of my favorite places. I like to visit in the summer when it is hot and the Gulf is as warm as a bath. This painting is 10 x 20 but I have painted one similar but much larger for a commission. I am still away on a cruise so I have been taking my readers on a tour of some of my paintings from other travels. I hope you are enjoying the trip!

This looks soooo lovely....considering I am under LOTS of snow and it is snowing right now and is forecast to keep snowing till FRIDAY!!! So this beach is looking pretty good...let me tell you! I have a watercolor class this evening,,I wonder if I even get out of my driveway??
