I had a wonderful weekend at the Blue Ridge Plein Air Festival. I spent the weekend painting with friends and enjoying the gorgeous weather and scenery. It was a bit chilly in the mornings but warmed up nicely. Perfect weather for plain air. I was feeling rusty the first morning but really enjoyed painting in the afternoon. The painting that won is a scene of trees across the Toccoa River that I call 'Spring Tango'. It was a great weekend and I didn't expect to win anything so that was icing on the cake!

Blue Ridge Spring Plein Air Festival ... I won 2nd Place!
I had a wonderful weekend at the Blue Ridge Plein Air Festival. I spent the weekend painting with friends and enjoying the gorgeous weather and scenery.
