Maine Meadow Acadia National Park pastel

'Maine Meadow' 11x14 pastel
I love Maine and would go back in a heartbeat. This painting is from a photo I took a couple of years ago. We were driving around Acadia National Park when I spotted this wonderful meadow just full of wildflowers. It was a spot of sunshine on a dreary cool summer day.

I have really been enjoying your work. I have been so busy, I haven't left comments, but always check it. I especially loved the monotype of the Nantucket landscape. Something I could certainly envision on my walls. Lovely work!

Just lovely meadows...as always, you have a way with the wildflowers and perspective...that makes them winners!
