Wildflowers of the Southwest

'Desert Beauty' 8x10 pastel
When I was out in New Mexico last month these pretty white flowers were everywhere. I was calling them the Queen Anne's Lace of the desert! I have to look up their name now but it was something like spectacle plant because the seed pods look like tiny eyeglasses.
